We're a 2021 Top Workplace!

Sheridan Hills Elementary students learn during a field trip to Wood Lake Nature Center

We are excited to announce that the Richfield Public School District is being recognized as a national standard Top Workplace! Nearly 3,000 organizations were invited to participate and we are honored to be included on the list of Top Workplaces—especially since the judges were our employees!

This designation is earned based on feedback from an employee survey that RPS staff completed this past spring. In total, 403 staff members completed the survey and provided 847 comments about working in Richfield Public Schools.

Here is a link to our Top Workplaces profile and on Sunday, June 20, we will be listed in the Star Tribune's special “Top Workplaces 2021" section.

Our employees make our District special. We’re great because they’re great!

If you’re looking to advance your career in a workplace that inspires you to learn, grow and excel, consider joining our team! We are currently hiring multiple positions for the 2021-22 school year.

In RPS, as educators, family members and lifelong learners, we acknowledge the patterns of inequality that still exist today. Together, as a community, we have the power to create change and to bring about racial, social and economic justice.
