ICS Weekly Report: September 24, 2021

Sheridan Hills Elementary

Completed week ending Friday,  September 24, 2021

  • Passed all final inspections in the Kitchen/Receiving areas, full use of the spaces has been granted by the authorities having jurisdiction.
  • Kitchen Staff continued moving into the new Kitchen space.
  • Installed trash enclosure swing gates.
  • Installed Gym exit stair handrails.
  • Continued HVAC/mechanical systems testing and balancing.

Planned week ending Friday, October 1, 2021

  • Contractors to continue addressing punchlist items.
  • Continue testing and balancing of the HVAC/mechanical systems.
  • IEA to resume commissioning of the HVAC/mechanical systems.

Richfield Middle School

Completed week ending Friday, September 24, 2021

  • Insulated auditorium HVAC hydronic re-piping
  • Started up boilers
  • Removed old building signage on canopy
  • Electrical floor outlets installed in Best Buy Teen Tech Center
  • Installed back ordered floor and wall tile in loading dock bathrooms

Planned week ending Friday, October 1, 2021

  • Install doors in Best Buy Teen Tech Center
  • Reinstall ceilings in auditorium space
  • Patch and repair canopy face where signage was removed
  • Conduct training on boilers
  • Clean and turnover loading dock bathrooms

Central Education Center

Completed week ending Friday, September 24, 2021

  • Completed plumbing connections to the Prep room toy washer.
  • Continued plumbing and hydronic piping in the lower-level mechanical spaces.
  • Started flushing and filling the hydronic system piping.
  • Contractors continued addressing punchlist items.
  • Installed rubber wall base throughout the building.
  • Conducted fire alarm, mobile radio signal booster and lighting controls training with building staff and facilities personnel.
  • All-State completed surveillance camera aiming and programming.

Planned week ending Friday, October 1, 2021

  • Contractors to continue addressing punchlist items.
  • All-State to conduct training on visitor management system with building staff and facilities.
  • Continue plumbing and hydronic piping and insulation in the lower-level mechanical spaces.
  • Conduct chiller unit start-up and Owner training.
  • Install new interior room signage.

2023 graduate holding diploma

The Minnesota Department of Education released the 2023 graduation rates. We are excited to share that we have made consistent gains in many areas and that Richfield High School’s four-year graduation rate (94.1%) exceeds the statewide graduation rate of 83.3% by 10.8 percentage points.
