Sheridan Hills Elementary
Completed week ending Friday, October 8, 2021
- Contractors continued addressing punch list items.
- Continued testing and balancing of the HVAC/mechanical systems.
- IEA resumed commissioning of the HVAC/mechanical systems.
- Started earthwork for the egress pathway from the Cafeteria to the City sidewalk.
Planned week ending Friday, October 15, 2021
- Contractors to continue addressing punch list items.
- Continue testing and balancing of the HVAC/mechanical systems.
- IEA to continue commissioning of the HVAC/mechanical systems.
- Complete asphalt paving at egress path.
Richfield Middle School
Completed week ending Friday, October 8, 2021
- Installed doors in Best Buy Teen Tech Center
- Conducted training and state inspections on water heaters, and pumps in boiler room
- Exhaust modifications and turned over loading dock bathrooms

- Punch list and commissioning
Central Education Center

- Contractors continued addressing punch list items.
- Continued plumbing and hydronic piping and insulation in the lower-level mechanical spaces.
- Continue plumbing and hydronic piping and insulation in the lower-level mechanical spaces.

- Contractors to continue addressing punch list items.
- Continue hydronic piping and insulation in the lower-level mechanical spaces.
- Boiler system start-up scheduled for October 11th.

The Minnesota Department of Education released the 2023 graduation rates. We are excited to share that we have made consistent gains in many areas and that Richfield High School’s four-year graduation rate (94.1%) exceeds the statewide graduation rate of 83.3% by 10.8 percentage points.

On February 29, something special is taking place at Richfield High School. Students from schools across the district are coming together for a shared Choir concert. The RPS Choral Festival will take place at 7 p.m. in the RHS Auditorium and is free and open to the public.
